  • The goal is to LOVE yourself first
PEP TALK SHAWTY šŸ—£ļøšŸ’• Hi girls, in this episode I explain how loving yourself and taking care of yourself not only lets others notice that you are radiating and glowing but you too will feel better and have a greater outlook on life. The saying goes if you work on yourself the rest will follow and I am a firm believer in thinking and understanding that the universe and God is always listening. In order to have everything you want, you have to be that better version of you. All of us can use more self love. Don’t neglect yourself work on yourself and even (he) will come. You are a reflection of your connections you keep and attract, and I truly believe we need to be the person we want to not only be outside but also internally. I hope this episode finds the person It was made for and just know I am rooting for you to be the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF you can be. FOLLOW ME on Instagram: bluntsandroses_podcast . • If you’re thinking of reaching out to them, DON’T !
Hey, we’re back in the car again, I promise I’m going to start doing regular episodes, but right now I feel like doing these on the spot episodes have been really helping a lot of you ladies. In this episode, I talk about how you should never reach out to a man no matter how you guys left off whether it was good or bad, the man is always supposed to do the initial contact and pursuing so if he’s not reaching out, don’t reach out to him even if it’s just for šŸ†. Learn from me and my mistakes, even though I was curious this time and didn’t actually want him. Know that I was expecting the best and preparing for the worst. This time though there was no worst because I felt liberated. The lover girl in me is still here but the logic behind my actions this time was fully aware. I did not go into reaching out blindly and knew regardless of the outcome my dignity would come with me. FOLLOW ME ON IG @bluntsandroses_podcast . • Have Accountability for allowing HIM to treat you the way he does
In this episode, I talk about how a lot of us are in the situation we are in with certain people/men because we do not take accountability for the shit we let slide. I said it numerous times you have to set the tone with men and people because people/men only treat you as good as you allow them to, and will only treat you as bad as you allow them to. You need to learn how to stop scratching the itch that’s in the habit you want to kick! If YOU want to change you have to CHANGE. Stop allowing shit you would allow in the past! Look you might not know this but YOU DONT HAVE TO BE THE SAME PERSON OR WAY YOUVE BEEN BEFORE. You can change RIGHT NOW , this MINUTE, you can change tonight and be a different person tomorrow who values and respects themselves. FOLLOW ME ON IG : bluntsandroses_podcast .

  • You can’t blame yourself for the things you didn’t know, forgive yourself
As healing has become more popular, some don’t understand the magnitude of pain that comes with it. Healing is a beautiful journey, but it is also a very painful one. Throughout the years, you can hurt yourself more than you know from the actions that you take and the excuses that you make for others who hurt you. But you cannot blame yourself for the things that you didn’t know which would change you. It’s so easy to say to let go of others, and to move on when things don’t work out but for most of us we make excuses and stay places much longer than we would and by the time things are over, we have lost ourselves and who we are seems like a distant memory. As healing takes place, we discover traumas we created in our adulthood, but also we revisit childhood traumas and begin the shadow work within, which requires a lot of forgiveness for ourselves and our past mistakes, and for the things that we didn’t know then, and now we blame ourselves for. • Intro Season 4: LEAVE THAT MAN WHERE HE’S WEIRD AT
Say goodbye to the old you, and say hello to the new you. There’s no doubt that some men are weird as fuck, and they will do things to trigger you or give you less than the bare minimum and think they are the prize. When it comes to men distance is key and predictability is not. In this episode, I talk about how giving a man distance will cause him to humble himself, but also keeping you in his mind as a high value woman. When a man doesn’t meet your standard, you leave! When a man is disrespectful and not showing behavior of him being absolutely smitten, and how he adores you then he has to go. Leaving a man will not only cause you to be held at a higher pedestal, but it also lets him know that you are not a woman that he can disrespect or treat less than the queen that you are. It raises the standard on you as a woman and what your expectations are for a man. FOLLOW NEW IG PAGE :bluntsandroses_podcast

  • Knowing when to walk away
HAPPY NEW YEAR ! In this episode, I talk about a personal experience of mine, and also understanding and now implementing a lot of what I already know, but have yet to do in the past. Im DONE with my old unhealthy, unhealed habits and I decided A long time ago I wouldn’t settle for anyone no matter what. As 2022 comes to an end I have grown so much and I’ve come to the realization that my worth is so valuable, and at any moment that I decide to renegotiate my worth for anything, or anyone that is when my value goes down and I am treated less. High value dating is serious work, and it starts with you, and the saying goes that don’t judge a book by its cover, but after I read the book, I’ve decided to leave it there and never open that book again. I had so much trouble closing doors that have so much potential, but that’s all it was, Potential. People will show you who they really are and its our job to believe them. • Settling for the wrong person and paying for It later
We in the Car again SHAWTY !! Hi everyone in this episode I talk about how settling for the wrong person or things will have you paying for your mental and emotional health later and during ! At the end of the day a lot of us settle, because we are afraid to miss out on some thing that can get better not understanding that there’s a lot of resistance in forcing things to stay together or work (You are not a constructional worker, let it go) . I also get into how we self sabotage ourselves and cock block ourselves from the blessings that the universe and God has for us when we REFUSE TO LET GO OF WHAT NO LONGER SUITS US. Diving into this episode I was not sure what I would be talking about but I feel like I was guided to give this message to whoever needs to let go of someone or situation that no longer aligns with them or their future. Settling will never have you feeling your best, It will instead have you anxious, stressed out, overthinking, and even devalued. I hope this episode helps those who need it, please follow me on Instagram bluntsandroses_podcast ā€¦šŸ’‹šŸ’‹šŸ’‹ HAPPY HOLIDAYS

  • Going back to someone who hurt you
WE IN THE CAR SHAWTY! Hi everyone this is another unedited car episode, I’m keeping it real as always and authentic, in this episode I talk about how knowing your worth will have you feeling very lonely, and when someone walks away from you and hurts you it’s so easy to want them and want to be with them but its because when you lose access to someone or someone doesn’t show interest in you it makes you want to chase them or it also makes you want to think about them and have feelings of negotiating your worth just to be with them or to get back to them. Understanding that these are all emotions of fear of missing out will have you understanding that if what you lost was not benefiting you and wasn’t healthy then you lost nothing at all. It’s hard to let go but it’s even worse to be somewhere where you are not adored, desired, appreciated, and celebrated. Keeping strong, keep evolving, and keep your head up. • 1. Know your worth 2. CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS
In the Car EPISODE!!!! In this episode I talk about how controlling your emotions is essential to not only yourself but others around you. A lot of the times when you show your emotions too soon and your vulnerability men usually will take you for granted or take advantage of you. I also give you tips on how to adjust yourself to the way that life is very cutthroat and it’s not very fair especially when it comes to love and relationships…. love is a beautiful thing and unconditional love is a beautiful thing but just make sure that your standards are being met and the person you’re falling for is falling for you too, because our emotions will make us do crazy things. šŸ’• stay up to date with new / future episodes and have some laughs with me , FOLLOW ME ON IG : bluntsandroses_podcast

  • I wanted him to be the one and I couldn’t forgive myself when he wasn’t
Hello everyone, in this episode I talk about how forgiving yourself is very essential just like forgiving others is essential, we must remember that we are humans too and we make mistakes. At the end of the day we are spiritual beings living a human experience and we should enjoy the ride because we cannot live this life twice. I also talk about how I was dating this guy and he made me catch so much feelings to the point where I actually chased him away because I couldn’t give him space, and because of that I felt like it was my fault that he ran for me. I never felt so low. As I was wanting for him to make me feel safe and secure, once he got caught he switched … But as I always say everything you chase runs away.
