He is also part owner of the newly hyped Chicago born indie manga publisher Onsoru GO. We chop it up about how to make indie manga. How he was influenced and mentored by the owner of Pulse manga. How quickly it takes him to create manga pages. Mentoring other indie manga publishers and we also turn into two anime dweebs along the way!

Today I sit down with Lesser Known Comics creator, writer, an artist Rey Garza! Made it to America to chase his dream of being in film and movie production. He noticed how sketch the industry was to maneuver and get to where he wanted to be, he decided to go the route of being a comic book creator. Wanting to have full control over his storytelling, and combining it with the business acumen of Lesser Known comics. Rey has created an 80s & 90s influenced comic book that could easily be turned into a Saturday Morning Cartoon!

Today's guest went from 0 to having a team of 40 creators and artist under the Lesser Known Comics umbrella. That is no easy feat and a great accomplishment if I'm being honest. Mark Bernal dishes it out on how he got into Comics, and what it takes to be a leader. He talks about some of the creators and artist that just hustle. He gives the ins and outs and tips and tricks on how to make your story appealing to a comic book publisher.

The question is simple can Americans and other countries create manga and anime. By create I mean can they create a project and label it as an anime or a manga. And I discuss this with two non-Japanese natives who are manga writers and artists. Full Interview is on the podcast playlist.
