A poem I wrote about mental illness.

Have you ever dealt with anxiety? To many thoughts. What about depression? Always tired, feeling exhausted and not being up to doing anything. How about PTSD? Getting Triggered by certain things not understand why you suddenly feel down. Well I have experienced all three and not knowing can feel pretty tricky and make you feel defeated. Just know you aren’t alone many people experience these silent demons as well. So let’s talk about it!

Have you ever been around someone who drains you? Anytime you get around them you just feel off or it doesn’t seem like they ever uplift you, they just constantly bring you down in every aspect of the word. They may be be Energy Vampires and around you for the sole purpose of throwing you off and draining your energy! Well Let’s talk about it! With the help of my guest Shaquita we will be talking all about it and our own experiences with these types of people!

In this episode my special guest Melvin and I will discuss the importance level and impact that money has on relationships. We will also dive deep into why in the black community we may not see the importance of finances when choosing a partner!
