  • Podcast – Tory Nyhaug
This episode - myself and Dr. J go three way with the new school Canadian Beast, Tory Nyhaug, after a successful few weeks over in Europe at the first few rounds of the World Cup. Tory gives us some insight and strategies used to roll out of Europe with some solid results and a shot at the Overall later this summer, which will go down in Argentina. We also talk about his Olympic experience, keeping everything fun but knowing when it gets serious when lining up on the gate. We touch base on some of the competition, traveling the world, equal prize money, the Kink-Killer and so much more. Of course, we cannot do a podcast without addressing this week's internet drama-attack; call it what you want from a certain 90s Pro. It's all in this week's poddy. Check it out.

Papendal World Cup and Industry chit chat Podcast with Sam Willoughby - Sam gives us an update on how he's doing and then we get into wrapping up rounds 1 & 2 of the UCI World Cup from last weekend in Holland. We talk about the winners and some of the Elite riders both Men and Women that were featured during the weekend's finals.

We then move over to a topic we touched on in the Podcast a few weeks ago with regards to the saturated frame market. Sam gives his take and thoughts on the subject.

We take on some Social Media Q&A and Sam gives us some insight on both his London 2008 and Rio 2012 Olympic Main events. Sam shares some of his other titles and the importance of both the USA BMX Title and UCI World Titles and how they weigh up on his very impressive resume.

A few sound issues on this one during recording but it's still always great to talk with Sam and look forward to having him back on the Podcast very soon. Cheers Sam.

  • News & Scoop from the Race World with Dr. J
We talk the weekend's racing in Austin, Texas to Holland and the UK and how a lot of the European National Team riders tend to skip National events leading into the World Cups where the US-based riders will head to Europe in the middle of a racing block. We look at the pros and cons of both strategies.

After our Podcast a few weeks ago, specifically with regard to the 8m Hill we got quite a few responses from the listeners including David Graf and his perspective. We discuss David's response and his discussion of the topic on Instagram last week.

We also talk about the news of Amanda Geving's suspension for a year from US Anti-Doping Agency, and touch on a few subjects from Social Media this week from the saturated frame market to whether today's Elite riders even ride their bikes around the streets on non-training days anymore.

    Check it out.

  • Paul Roberts Podcast – Part 2
Paul Roberts Podcast Part 2 - It's been 6 months since Part 1 so there was a lot to catch up on beginning with the sad news of Paul recently losing his dad, Vic, who was also the legendary UK BMX Starter and friend to so many of us. We then touch on life in Huntington Beach along with his music and band.

Paul talks media and more details on his time at 4130 working on Ride & Dirt Magazine- from deadlines to shooting photos and announcing.

Of course, we have to touch on the Andy Ruffell / Tim March rivalry alongside some of the other top guys from the UK during the 80s period that were legendary and well-documented at the time.

We talk about the early 90s UK scene when the sport took a dip, sponsorship & money was low but it really proved to be one of the best times for riding with all the scenes going on around the country.

We go to Q&A and so much more is covered in this Podcast. Get the kettle on, sit back and relax because it's a long one. If you tuned in and liked Part 1 then you're in for a treat as we head down memory lane with Paul.
