Episode 25 - A lawyer Slips on a Banana

At issue are: - A Gwinnett county verdict that was vacated because the plaintiff’s attorney posted on social media about three “legal fictions” that lawyers are forced to engage in.

These are: 1. Not talking about insurance  - 2. They can’t talk about the fact that the defendant was arrested in connection with the case and - 3. They cannot mention that the defending attorney offered to settle before trial. 

They explore why these rules are in place and what the consequences are of disregarding them. 

Oh and….. they also chat about two plastic surgeons who are on trial for filming live on social media while performing surgeries.
