  • Embracing a Season of Surprises and Double Blessings

Yesterday, as I prayed with our Workplace Prayer intercessors, the phrase “Bonus Week” jumped out in my spirit. With Memorial Day landing earlier this year, we’ve been handed a few extra days—almost like an unexpected extension to our week.

Friend, my prayer for your Bonus Week is anchored in the goodness of God, as in Deuteronomy 8:18.

I believe this is a time to look for new beginnings, fresh provision, settled peace, and some good surprises.

Maybe it’s reconnecting with someone, finding what you thought was gone, or seeing doors open you didn’t expect.

Let’s adopt the mindset: we are in a new season, granting us a few different types of bonuses.

Join me in prayer as we enter into a bonus day season with open hands and grateful hearts, ready for God’s unique favor and wisdom.

Generous and gracious God, thank You for Your covenant and for giving us Your supernatural help to thrive.

Let this week, and this season, overflow with creative inspiration, new opportunities, and wise choices.

May forgotten resources be recovered, setbacks turn into progress, and every obstacle becoming a stepping stone to a greater blessing.

    Bonus! Bonus! Bonus!

Bring about fresh partnerships, purposeful relationships, and infectious joy for what’s ahead.

Replace anxiety with steady confidence, and let hope break through in every circumstance.

Draw us into meaningful connections, awaken new visions, and pour out Your power for restoration and remarkable breakthroughs.

Let this day, this week, this season mark a year of multiple, multiplied favor and abundant growth—a double-blessing year, a Mount Rushmore year, a true “wow” year for all, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

  • Clarity, Partnerships, and Prosperity

Hello friends, and welcome to the first Tuesday after Memorial Day—the unofficial start of summer and the last week of May. As we gather for Workplace Prayer, I’m reflecting on Rabbi Daniel Lapin’s teachings about the Hebrew calendar and the month of Sivan, which marks a strategic season for business, income streams, and covenant alignment.

Today, let’s turn our focus to God’s faithfulness as we prepare our hearts for new opportunities, kingdom partnerships, and prosperity in every area of our work and lives.

    Our Prayer for the Day:

Father, thank You for this season of covenant alignment. We ask for clarity, wisdom, and discernment in every business decision.

Guide us to strong, ethical partnerships and open new income streams.

According to Deuteronomy 8:18, You give us the power to create wealth—release fresh creativity and strategies to us.

Guard our hearts with Your peace and surround us with Your favor. Prosper us in spirit, soul, and body, and let our work reflect Your covenant and bring You glory.

    Amen.

  • Jesus Promised Power in the Spirit

The focus: Prepare for Pentecost Power Prevailing

    Scripture: Acts 1:4–8

As our “Risen Indeed” journey culminates, we stand with the disciples in the days between resurrection and Pentecost.

For forty days, Jesus appeared, taught, and prepared His friends for a remarkable promise: “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you.”

The focus now shifts from Jesus’ physical presence to the coming of the Spirit—God’s presence within us, equipping and empowering us for all He calls us to do.

These days are not just about waiting—they are about preparing our hearts for a new outpouring of God’s life.

The Holy Spirit brings guidance, comfort, boldness, and an unshakable hope.

As we look to Pentecost, let’s open ourselves to a fresh move of God, trusting that His Spirit will fill us with everything we need for the journey ahead.

The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead now longs to dwell in us and through us.

    Let us pray:

Risen Lord, thank You for the promise of Your Spirit.

Prepare my heart for all You want to do in me and through me.

Fill me with Your power, wisdom, and love.

As I wait, help me trust Your timing and open myself to Your transforming presence.

Let Pentecost power bring new life, courage, and hope to my soul and to the world through me. Amen.

  • Freedom from Approval Addiction: A Prayer for Your Week

    Good morning, friend.

Have you ever found yourself overthinking a decision, wondering, “What will they think of me? Will they approve?” I know I have.

In both work and life, it’s all too easy to slip into the trap of approval addiction—letting other people’s opinions shape our choices and chip away at our confidence.

Over time, I’ve realized God wants so much more for us: a life rooted in His love and approval, not bound by the shifting expectations of those around us.

As we start this new week, I want to share a prayer that’s helped me break free from the need for affirmation and live for an audience of God the Father, Jesus, the One.

    God,

You know how easy it is for us to measure ourselves by what others think, to let their opinions cloud who we were made to be. Sometimes I worry too much about fitting in or making people happy, and it can hold me back from the life you’ve called me to.

Jesus, help me to get my approval from you, not from others, so that I do not easily fall into a path of man-pleasing.

Holy Spirit, remind me that your love is steady, that I’m your handiwork—created on purpose and for a purpose.

Give me a clear mind and a courageous heart today.

Let your approval be enough for me. Even if I don’t get applause or understanding, help me move forward in faith, anchored in your love and led by your wisdom.

May I walk in freedom and joy this week, found in Jesus Christ, living for you—my audience of One.

    Amen.

  • Jesus Breathes His Spirit into Us

    The Focus: We Are Empowered

    Scripture: John 20:21–22

As our “Risen Indeed” journey continues, we witness a sacred moment: Jesus breathes on His disciples and says, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” What began in fear now shifts to bold commissioning. This is more than just comfort—it’s a call to go, equipped with divine power.

Jesus doesn’t send us in our own strength. He fills us with His Spirit—God’s empowering presence—so we can bring His hope, forgiveness, and love into the world. Even when we feel weak or unqualified, He offers all we need. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in us, fueling courage, compassion, and creativity for every mission He gives.

Let’s open ourselves to the Spirit’s empowering breath this week. May we step into new opportunities, confident that God goes before us and works through us.

    Let’s pray,

Risen Jesus, breathe your spirit into my life.

May you again fill, refresh, and revive me.

Pour out upon me the wine of Your life and the river of living water, renewing my soul.

Anoint me with the oil of gladness and the fire of the Holy Ghost, igniting passion and boldness within.

Let the roar of the Lion awaken courage, and the love of the Lamb bring restoration and reconciliation.

May Your Spirit’s outpouring empower me to serve, witness, and love others.

Use my life for Your glory, and let me overflow with Your presence every day. Amen.

  • Prayer for a Fresh Season: Realigning and Seeking God’s Guidance

As we move beyond recent milestones and seasons, let us pause to realign our priorities and seek God’s direction for what lies ahead.

Glorious Father, we come before You with gratitude for each new day and the opportunities it brings. As we approach Memorial Day, a signal of summer in our culture, may you grant us clarity and insight for our decisions in our work, service, and personal journeys.

Guide our steps regarding health, vacation plans, well-being, and the rhythms that sustain us.

We ask for Your blessings on the families with children as they finish the school year; may they experience joy and rest. Guard and guide children who are graduating and show them the path ahead for their lives.

Ignite within us a renewed sense of purpose, energy for our daily tasks, and the discernment to pursue new paths or make needed changes.

As we embrace this season of renewal, help us trust Your leading, confident that You are guiding us toward growth and fulfillment.

We consecrate our lives, our plans, and our work unto you.

We ask these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.

  • Jesus Desires to Strengthen Our Faith

The Focus: Honest Questions, Deeper Faith

    Scripture: John 20:24–29

This week in our “Risen Indeed” journey, we stand with Thomas, who longs for certainty in the midst of doubt. He wants proof that Jesus is alive, and the risen Christ meets him right where he is. Jesus invites Thomas to touch His wounds, offering gentle assurance instead of rebuke. In that encounter, doubt becomes faith, and questions lead to a powerful confession: “My Lord and my God!”

We all face moments of uncertainty—times when faith doesn’t come easily.

Jesus welcomes our honest questions and meets us in the struggle, never turning us away.

He turns our doubts into deeper trust, inviting us to experience His real, living presence.

    Let us pray:

Risen Lord, thank You for meeting me in my doubts and questions, just as You sought out Thomas without condemnation.

When I struggle to believe, show me Your kindness and patience.

Walk through every wall in my life—fear, confusion, or disappointment—so I can see You and experience Your love firsthand.

Strengthen my faith and help me trust You, even when I cannot see.

Use my honest questions to draw me closer, turning uncertainty into deeper faith, and unlimited worship.

Thank You for never shaming Thomas or me for doubting, but inviting us to encounter You, restoring us in faith, hope, and love.

    Amen.

  • Inspiration with a Prayer: From Stone to Tender: Mother’s Salvation and a Family Prayer

    Hello Friend,

We are so honored to partner with you in prayer for such a time as this.

With Mother’s Day approaching, my heart is full as I reflect on my own mom, who passed away just a few days ago.

I want to share a testimony—after years of prayer, my mom came to Jesus in the final phase of her life. Her heart, once so hard, became soft and tender, and the joy and peace she experienced was undeniable. I witnessed firsthand how God can reach even the most resistant hearts and bring total transformation.

    Let us pray:

Father, we come to you with expectant hearts, trusting your promise in Acts 16:31, which says believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ, and you and your household, you and your extended household, shall be saved, healed, and delivered.

We lift up every member of our extended families—siblings, children, grandchildren, cousins, nephews, parents, aunts, and uncles.

Lord, no heart is too hard for you. We ask that you draw each one to Jesus, breaking down barriers and softening hearts.

Let your love flood our families, bringing salvation, healing, and deliverance to every generation.

Help us not grow weary in praying and believing, for in due season we will reap a harvest (Galatians 6:9).

Bring home the prodigals. Restore relationships. Fill our homes with your presence and peace.

We pray a special blessing of health and healing, peace and hope, honor and joy upon all the mothers in our families, especially this Sunday on Mother’s Day.

We declare, as for us and our households, we will serve the Lord.

    In Jesus’ name, amen.

  • Jesus Calls Us By Name

Week 4: Jesus Calls Us by Name

    The Power of Personal Encounter

    Scripture: John 20:14–16

This week in our “Risen Indeed” journey, we find Mary Magdalene outside the empty tomb, lost in her grief and confusion.

She doesn’t recognize Jesus—until He gently calls her by name. In a moment, sorrow turns to joy, and despair is transformed by His personal love.

The risen Jesus sees us, knows us, and calls us each by name, even when we feel unseen or misunderstood. His presence brings comfort, assurance, and a sense of belonging.

How often do we miss His voice in our pain or busyness?

Jesus is always near, whispering hope and life into our hearts.

Let’s listen for His voice, confident that He knows our story and meets us exactly where we are.

    Let us pray:

Risen Jesus, thank You for calling me by name, just as You called Mary outside the tomb.

Whether I am male or female, young or old, full of confidence or full of questions, Your voice reaches me.

When I feel invisible, uncertain, or overwhelmed, remind me that I am never forgotten or alone.

Speak my name in the quiet moments and in the noise of my days.

Let Your presence turn sorrow to joy and doubt to belonging.

Help me respond to Your love, and follow where You lead, trusting that You know me completely.

    Amen.

  • Rekindling Faith in the Workplace

Today’s theme is Rekindling Faith in the Workplace.

In John 21:12, Jesus invites His disciples, “Come and have breakfast.”

He meets them in their ordinary moments, rebuilding courage and restoring community.

May we, too, encounter His refreshing and renewing presence in our work today.

    Let us pray:

Risen Lord, we step into our workplaces this day.

Where hope has faded, rekindle our faith.

Where fear lingers, breathe new courage.

Unite us in Your steadfast love as we build and work together.

Throughout this sacred season from Easter to Pentecost, keep our hearts open to Your presence.

Transform every task and relationship by Your power.

God of hope, fill us with joy and peace as we trust in You.

Knit our workplaces together in unity, strengthen our hearts, and guide us forward in love and courage, today and always.

    Amen.
