State funding increases are helping Gilchrist County attract deputies and staffing, and Gilchrist County Sheriff Bobby Schultz thanks local legislators and Gov. DeSantis. Schultz also addressed concealed carry instruction, new county jail, budgets and spending, and a shout out to the Gilchrist County Schools for the quality of local education.
