Mildred Russell on The Bob Rose Show, the newest member of the Alachua County School Board. Russell was appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis to fill the District 2 seat left vacant when Diyonne McGraw was found to live in District 4.

Russell is focused on closing the substantial learning gap among various communities, reading programs, and increasing tutoring programs for students that are falling behind. She wants every church and service organization to adopt schools, committing to work with students to improve the reading skills of young students.

Local doctor “John” says the politicization of COVID-19 is interfering with his right to practice medicine according to Hippocratic ideals. If someone makes an informed personal choice to not get the vaccine, many doctors are refusing treatments when that person contracts the virus. The doctor talked about administering appropriate Ivermectin treatments, how the drug is supposed to work, under-utilization of blood thinners, and the importance of not delaying treatment.  He said monoclonal antibody infusions are effective in many situations, but not all.  Hear the interview now...
