Raquel cries for frivolous things. But when confronted by the real La Llorona, will she cry or pray?
Note from Author: I've always been fascinated by the La Llorona folklore and/ or ghost, monster. This short fiction was inspired by the many versions I've heard by the various Latino cultures. What inspired me the most is the idea that La Llorona is not only a ghost, but a mother.

Cuco, also known as a Cucuy, is a monster that snatches kids. Will Victor and Miguel find out how that happens?

Letty destroyed a boombox at the bodega corner, after her life changed. Will she ever let David play the music again?
Note from the Author: This short fiction was inspired by the cultural music I heard from my window growing up in a city. It also was inspired by my childhood fascination with telekinesis before I learned of magical realism.
