Coolio in space! Dracula in space! Casper Van Dien in space! Again! We kicked off Horror Movie October with a trash classic. We loved it almost as much as Coolio loved being IN it. Also, the track this week is especially awesome.

Paul Wall, Ja Rule, Cowboy Troy (The Rapping Cowboy), Danny Trejo and Tom Freakin Sizemore in Furnace, a horror movie set in a prison. We had a great convo with Anghus Houvras for this one, the man who wrote the movie and learned a lot about the experience of working with rappers on a low budget horror flick. Its awesome. Enjoy!

2Pac, Janet Jackson, Tone Loc, Q-Tip and THE POST OFFICE. This week we took a break from 50 Cent and murderous genitalia to watch a classic that we only thought we knew anything about. Turns out we knew nothing. It was awesome.

With special guest R.A. The Rugged Man! The man who produced and co-wrote Bad Biology with horror legend Frank Henenlotter sat down with us for an hour to talk movies, his movie and rap. Its awesome. Oh and this is by far our most vulgar and offensive episode...because the movie is about violent genitalia. So you've been warned. Enjoy.

We finally made it! And we almost killed each other in the process. We're good though, and we loved dissecting the very epic story of the NWA/Dr. Dre/Ice Cube/Eazy-E origin story.

This week, we pay tribute to Sean Price. We also do the movie thing with STREETS OF BLOOD, 50 Cent and Val Kilmer's Katrina crime epic. Basically you're getting two episodes here: One is our usual rap movie bullshit and the other is the kind of rappity-rap podcast that we would normally avoid, if it weren't for the too-soon passing of a rapper we both really loved. Big Pun is in this movie! Kind of! A lot of rappers wander through this one, a coming of age story where even your best friends will beat your ass. We also had a great guest, Angel, who actually saw this in theaters when it came out.

After the crushing lows of last week, we reach a new high this week with GUN, 50 Cent's love letter to...well...guns. It also has Val Kilmer, Wee Bay from The Wire and a special guest that Anthony made me create a post-production drop for. So, look out for that. The music choice that Anthony came with is also fantastic. Enjoy.

Ice Cube's least favorite movie he's ever done, and also the film that sent noted director John Carpenter into creative exile. And also the film that sends semi-noted podcaster Anthony into a blackout rage, while Ryan tries to remain optimistic. Good times for this one.
