For our first ever recording, we covered Gucci Mane and Zaytoven's "Birds of a Feather". We suffered from less-than-good sound quality, but no worse than the movie we watched. Check it out to see how this whole thing started.

BIG episode this time. Not only did we watch one of our favorite rap movies, we got Ryan Lightbourn, the writer/director/creator of the film on the phone to talk about it with us.

Check it out to hear about all the madness and hilarity that went into making a 22 minute low-budget ultra-violent exploitation flick starring the kings of the booty club, Travis Porter.

Ok, it might not be a "film" with a "plot", but its still awesome. Mac Dre, his crew and his poor camera man filmed some boobs, some drugs, some dancing, some fights, some cars and some remote control boats on tour to create TREAL TV.

As for the podcast, Ryan and Anthony
(aka the Devastating Delicious Boyz) go off the rails QUICKLY, examining their attitudes toward new "rappers" like iLoveMakkonen and that Ruary guy...they also discuss one of the craziest rap stories ever...spoiler alert: someone eats someone else's lung.

As we proceed, the sound quality gets even better...we even get DJ drops...so you know we're on the come up.

Unfortunately, this week's movie is NOT. An interesting concept with the highest saturation of rappers in any movie ever (maybe not "Who's The Man" but we're not there yet) ends up being really hard to get through but really awesome to talk about after because there's not much plot and plenty of bathtub rum to go around.

Ras Kass, Vitamin C, The Outsidaz, Mobb Deep, Rah Digga, Afu Ra, Pras, Benzino, Ja Rule, Vanilla Ice...friggin everyone is in this. Da Hip Hop Witch.

For episode 3, our sound quality gets better along with the production value of the film we watched: In Too Deep. It's also the most "plot heavy" episode to date, so...fair warning.

Omar Epps' hair is a big topic along with LL Cool J as "God", Nas as a drug dealer, Jermaine Dupri wearing a winter hat in the club, and Shyheim Tha Rugged Child as (amazing) comic relief.

For episode two, we covered a 45-minute crime epic on VHS starring No Limit boss Master P (complete with a suspect accent), C-Murder, Snoop Dogg and more.
