In this episode I do a coaching session with Jane Miller to demonstrate how we both use imaginal journeying in our practice.

The demo is a good example of how the body is made of imaginal and energetic intelligence, as much as it is made of physical cells. It also shows how much transformation can happen when you are directly connected to the imaginal layer of experience.
