Body Acceptance As A Mother | Passing On Good Habits
Rosie loves to be surrounded by women who have a positive body image, regardless of who they are, where they come from, and what age, shape, or size they are. Rosie has always made a conscious effort to stay as healthy as she can during pregnancy and between pregnancies without being extreme. There are sometimes where women can fall to either side where they verge toward being healthy or unhealthy to an extreme, but Rosie has the goal set to be healthy and well so that she will be in top shape to take care of her children.
“What’s going on in my head is when he’s older, he’s going to remember my mom exercising and she was always happy, so I want to exercise because I think it makes me happy. I want them to have these positive associations when they look back.” 21:34
