A short moment before you enter the room, say your truth, or hit send - or you let yourself be truly seen.
It can feel like a lot as old questions and worries may come. We might try to impress, explain, polish every edge or quietly disappear. But in here, there’s no need to explain, prove, or be a certain way.
Here, we practice being you.
You don’t need to become bigger.
You don’t need to make yourself smaller.
You belong – just as you are.
Being seen for who you are can bring relief. It can feel exciting. And, sometimes, it can feel like a lot.
You take a step forward. You say what you really want. You make something that matters real.
And then a part of you may want to step back.
To soften it. To hide it. To get out of the way before anyone has the chance to judge you.
But there is also another way.
You can stay.
The lighthouse does not change for the darkness. It does not say sorry for shining. It is here – it simply remains.
You don’t have to push your light forward.
You don’t need to become louder, brighter or different in any way.
Your light already knows what to do.
So let it shine.
Because, in the end, there really is no hiding the light.
This is a quick check in to sit by the fire when the future feels close and it feels like a lot.
But you don’t have to push, or to have all the answers. You don’t have to close the door on anything.
You are moving. Becoming. You’re a force, and it’s making that space out for you.
Sometimes things start to change, life starts feeling more open, and something within us, it begins pulling back.
It’s as if body is sending you signal – a warning. But that sense of discomfort, it does not always mean something’s wrong. Sometimes, it means we are standing at the edge of something new.
So today, we are heading to future not as problem to solve or a place you must conquer, but as wide open space that is waiting for us to inhabit.
When you know things are changing and you’re not quite sure where you stand...
It’s a quiet reminder:
You’re still you. Still here.
Take a breath, take a moment, and let yourself be.
People change, plans change… and sometimes you are caught in the middle, like you lose yourself in it.
But today, this episode, is a reminder that you continue.
You keep moving and carry yourself through change. And look, maybe you’re not the same, but you’re still you.
And in this episode, we take the moment to notice – what is there, what stays.
You’re not leaving your past – you are carrying it forward… But with more space for things that do matter.
A short reset for moments that feel like they’ll never end.
This fireside mini is a gentle way to pause, notice where you are, and let the body remember that time is still moving.
One breath begins.
One breath ends.
And you are still here.
Sometimes a moment can feel endless.
A hard conversation. A mistake. A feeling in the body. That sense of this is just how it is, how my life is right now.
In this episode, we explore how the body learns that things can, and do, change.
We return to something simple: this moment will pass.
And you will go on. You’ll be stronger, and feel more accomplished. Yes you can!
A short reset for moments when the past feels too close to come.
This fireside mini is finding your way back to the present.
No fixing. No forcing. Reminder: you are here. You matter. And more than you know!
Sometimes something from the past can step forward and feel like it’s happening now.
In this episode, we explore that feeling — when memory gets big, the body reacts, and we need a way to come back to where we are.
We use the ship, the island, the fire, and a personal story on how we can bring ourselves back into the present.
Because even when the past feels too close, you’re here now.
