Love is such a beautiful thing. It makes you open your heart, your mind and let’s you vibrate at a higher level. It’s actually makes you feel closer to source and all things divine. Trust me when I say this is the way we are meant to live our life. Not in hate or lack. Not filled with anxiety or worry. Lack is both physical and emotional.

Remember that it is both.

You cannot have spirit alignment with out both. All of it must line up: physical/action, mental chatter and you heart/intention to create spiritual abundance that grows and flows.

With the new moon energy over at least for now, I’m glad to say that 5D is really becoming a norm for all of us. That’s why I want to remind you that life may have its up and downs but in the end everything is a lesson. Remember that failure is a gift. Once you are healed you will look back and thank the universe for the experience.

With all that said one must remember that the flow of money is connected to your energy flow. That is if you understand the principles of money in abundance then you’ll understand the spiritual principles or vice a versa.

What do you feel is a true and repetitive believe or thought you may have? Remember there is no judgement here so if you like, I will share first. One of the most difficult ones I had to deal with was the distortion of magnification. Literally I had to sit back and realize that life is not all or nothing. Life is not black and white. People have stories and they have reasons they make the decision they do at the time.

You’ve heard the benefits of meditation and you know what they are. But there are things that happen as a benefit that I wanna share with you today. It’s not about standing in the middle of the forest quietly not saying a word. It starts with you just saying you’re going to just be. You can start with guided meditation which is what I did for five minutes a day. Every time my ego try to talk me out of meditating I simply said I have five minutes goodbye ego.

In the Bhagadvad Gita, Krishna says “When meditation is mastered, the mind is unwavering like the flame of a lamp in a windless place.”

Always remember this- when you hear that voice that tells you to delay things or says things that are not really out for your best interest, that is the ego. The one that says “just take another nap” or “you don’t need to go work out” or “do it later”. That is your ego as it wants to stay with the familiar so that it can stay in control. Ignore chatter in the mind, because it’s just that-chatter

The hardest thing for me to realize is that not everyone has your best interest at heart. Yes that sounds strange but the truth is is that most people are looking out for themselves. So find a light and stay with those people.

Here are examples of gaslighting you should avoid:

-You continuously apologize

-They are nice sometimes (like the dating period)

They say no it didn’t happen like that

They say you are overreacting or you are too sensitive

Find the light within yourself and you’ll attract others with the same light.

Remember that everyone started somewhere. Spotify, instacart, Netflix...you name it. And now all of these companies are part of million Americans daily life. Stay strong a believe and know you are a cocreator. Only 2% of startup funds are awarded to women. It’s time to flip that number. You got this. When the fear hits, observe it and move forward. Because #fear comes with change. Your #ego wants you comfortable and to go back to the known pain that is in your past. That is the easy choice. Push past the fear acknowledge it and then know that you are a warrior and not a worrier

1- Are your current relationships adding value to your life or hurting it?

2- how do you speak to yourself?

OK i have a confession to make! Since my awakening or my deeper awareness of the universe, I am blown away by the truth of our fairytales and folklore because they match the spiritual laws I am learned more about. As an adult I understanding now how those metaphors in all stories align with inner spiritual growth practices and principles. And yes all of the stories of the Disney movies are true. This is why these stories last overtime and they stay with us. This is why, there is good and evil and other concepts and folklore have lasted for centuries. It is because it is all true and they resonates with all of us. Look at how pure children’s spirits are and how they are naturally drAwn to these stories..then take it a step further and look at the main themes and values weaved into them.

I always knew it was true, but I had a realization today. I blindly assume all people want the best for me. Boy did I have rose colored glasses. Yes, I always assume positive intent, but is that the same for others?

No judgment zone here. Just an observation.

Just do good right? What other choice does a person have? Yes I watch tv! I know bad people exist, but should I always think everyone is out to get me? No!!

Awareness is half the battle..

Look at your life...where are you giving? Is that person giving you unconditional love?
