The energy you bring determines your success. And then putting intentional effort into the 4 Cs, your self-care, and the ability to communicate creates your generative mindset to risk taking the next step.
Consistency sounds easy, and it is - at first. What makes it hard is the lack of certain results within a certain time, comparing yourself to others, and even surrounding yourself with the wrong people. Do yourself a favor and be thoughtful about the market and product you will offer, and then commit to it. Learn, act, evaluate results, adjust — and then repeat.
In this program, you will hear the 4 Cs of success, 4 things to build credibility (and a community), and 4 questions to pick the right market for your product. Jess Dewell talks candidly with Lloyed Lobo, Boast.AI & Traction | From Grassroots to Greatness, about having an energized state of mind and confidently taking the risk of betting on you and your success.

What's your organization's mantra? Can you see the understanding of this driving focus in the way your company makes decisions, its presentation in the marketplace, and the way the team does work? Both software and hardware technologies (including robotics and drones) are opportunities for your organization to remain competitive while achieving your biggest goals.
Technology always has and will continue to impact how we work. This can be exciting! It does require a desire to change when change is suitable for the organization. This is just one of the tools that allow us to solve bigger and more complex problems together because technology is just that — a tool.
When the CEO includes the core functions in growth initiatives, every individual, team, and department can be empowered to do their best work and take pride in their accomplishments.
In this program, you will learn the three skills necessary to succeed as the CEO of a thriving customer-centric organization, two stories about relationships learned the hard way, and the importance of making the right decisions (versus making as many decisions as possible).
Jess Dewell talks with Harry Drajpich, CEO at Amware Fulfillment, about using the right tools and cultivating the right mindset to be effective today and to expand faster than the market to keep and grow market share.

Formalized or not, we all seek points of view (maybe even validation) to check ourselves. Being on the right track, getting results, and making the best decisions are weighty responsibilities. By default, it is commonly thought that confidence comes from knowledge. In actuality, confidence comes from being tuned in.
How do you make the right decision at the right time? Have an outside set of eyes. This could be coaches and consultants asking the hard questions that enable you to develop yourself and your approach and your confidence in making decisions to propel you toward your biggest goals. The more we can separate ourselves from the influences of people, situations, and tasks that seem urgent — the more we can assess to prioritize the right work.
In this program, you will hear three ways to measure success (and choose the metrics to measure), how to change the point of view to find the real problems, and that even when it doesn't feel like it — you can choose what work to prioritize. Jess Dewell hosts Catherine Morgan, Transition Expert at Point A to Point B Transitions; Christie Garcia, Founder & Ego Management Expert at Mindful Choice; and Dave Newell, President at Evolve Leadership Consulting, to talk about the importance of having an outside set of eyes on your business and what makes it bold to bring in external perspectives to shape your business strategy.

The high performance begins with you. Putting a priority on getting to know yourself and reflecting (on failures and successes) allows you to choose what learning you consciously want to take forward.
The intersection of what makes you unique, the impact you want to make, and what drives you are the critical elements to the customized definition of what high performance is for your business. Once defined, this powerful tool allows you to navigate failure, what is out of your control, and even success.
In this program, you will learn how to use your unique strengths, understand why to choose what opportunities to act upon selectively and understand the impact of your choices. You will also learn the importance of being clear when communicating to your team — and communication overall — to give them the confidence to act, adapt, and act again.
This and more will give you a basis to remain collected under pressure with minimal setbacks and pivots.
Jess Dewell facilitates a discussion about how to create and build a thriving, high-performance business with Julie Perkins, Founder at Wyseminds, Erik Holmberg, President at Nauvatis Coaching, and Chris Michel, Founder of Coach Chris Consulting and Author of The Red Chair Experience.

Your business plan is a tool to know what not to do. This dynamic tool allows you to include core information about how you do your work, your company's impact, and what opportunities are the right ones to pursue.
Finding winfinity (win-win-win) is possible by shifting the lens you look through. Whether internal growth and development of people and processes or aggressively tackling initiatives to grow market share, knowing yourself is foundational. When you have a strong level of self-awareness, you are prepared to discern what is really going on to serve your team and achieve your biggest goals.
In this program, you will learn how to use your business plan dynamically, the difficulty (and necessity) of saying no to good things, and recognize that all change takes time. Change is deliberate, and your ability to be intentional and guide your company forward is what will result in success.
Jess Dewell talks with Bessi Graham, Founder at Benefit Capital, about the importance of strategic planning and why it is BOLD to strive for success and to make a positive impact.

All you need are the right words that reach the right people at the right time. Easy, right? Yes, when you can provide the time for discovery and development when creating marketing messages and stories. Your customers are savvy, and to claim a spot in their crowded brain space requires diligence to maintain objectivity.
It is time to acknowledge you may be working in a silo, telling your existing and potential customers — instead of showing them — how your product helps save time and money and improve their overall business. The indirect work of demonstration allows the discovery and challenge of assumptions and the thoughtful observation of emotion (or lack thereof) when people are presented with your brand.
This program emphasizes the significance of taking the time to identify your unique qualities in today's competitive market. You will learn the language necessary to inspire action and gain practical insights from our expert panelists on cultivating curiosity and effectively managing your time.
Hosted by Jess Dewell, the discussion features Mark Carpenter, Chief Storyteller, and John Gumas, CEO of Gumas, who will explain why it is BOLD to adjust sales and marketing strategies to align with evolving customer behaviors.

Recognizing the warning signs of decision fatigue, decreased work quality, and heightened stress can make all the difference in securing the success of your business.
Staying focused and committed to achieving your goals takes discipline and determination. The crucial lesson to be learned is to trust your instincts as part of the decision-making process, remain open to new opportunities, and embrace the challenges of change.
In this inspiring conversation, Jess Dewell speaks with Kiley Peters, CEO and Founder at RAYNE IX, about the importance of slowing down and gaining valuable insights.
Peters shares her experiences of making significant changes through deliberate and consistent action, highlighting the rewards of embracing change and transitioning to something new. This powerful message reminds us that change may be difficult but always worth the effort.

Be OK with making mistakes. Decision-making inherently has a risk element, and knowing how you make decisions with imperfect information is a reminder that you are human — and also helps with a better understanding of the cascading results of making a choice.
Whether it's time-sensitive, a risk of looming stagnation, or more information is necessary — consider what you know: the decision will create something. Hopefully, forward movement. Use decision-making to move forward, not to plan into the far-distant future (that's what your business strategy is for). Change from making decisions still has a stigma, so the more your company normalizes "change," the more you can use decisions to iterate forward.
In this program, you will hear about how you get in your own way; how to notice reality to reset and refocus; and that it is OK to make mistakes. The conversation calls out that life and work are messy, and more gets done when embracing that fact. The discussion highlights that making decisions has risks and that it is courageous to understand your risk tolerance.
Jess Dewell invites Maria Morkuian, President of MSM Global Consulting, LLC, and Stephanie Judd, Founder and Managing Partner of Wolf & Heron, to explore the topic of making decisions without complete information. They discuss the importance of being bold and proactive in decision-making, even in situations where information is missing.

What you are drawn to is a clue to how you can add value to the world around you. Regardless of scale, each purposeful action and intention creates an opportunity for you or another to keep moving an idea forward. Wherever your curiosity takes you and the problems you choose to work on, be intentional.
It takes commitment to keep chipping away at an idea that results in an intuitive, easy, and top-of-mind-to-use product that improves our lives.
The idea, the research, reshaping the idea, having a working proof of concept, and refining each moving part can take a long time. Even so, the work results at each step have a significant impact, too.
In a conversation with Jess Dewell, Sufian Chowdhury, the CEO and Co-Founder of Kinetik, discusses how his passion for problem-solving has led to the development of a healthcare solution that aims to improve communities and the world.
