I am currently in a bit of a rut at the moment with my movement, and I wanted to talk about the choices that lie ahead when it comes to letting yourself down.
Feeling defeated, and when you've been trying to change something forever, eating your vegetables instead of watching them turn brown at the back of the fridge, getting your movement in every day instead of telling yourself that you'll start again on Monday, or putting on that black baggy t-shirt uniform to hide yourself away.
