Before the story begins, there’s something I need to admit.

Coming back to this space has taken longer than I expected. Not because I no longer have anything to say, but because sometimes the very things we’re called to share require us to confront the parts of ourselves we’re still learning to understand.

In this personal pre-introduction, I open up about the vulnerability behind my return, the fear of being seen, and the weight of stepping into a role I know is calling me to show up differently. I’ve been taking the time to get mentally and emotionally prepared for what this next chapter means, not just for the podcast, but for me.

This isn’t the official introduction to the new season. It’s a moment of honesty. A confession. A reminder that sometimes, before we can pour into others, we have to make space to pour into ourselves.

The next chapter of Her Story will be rooted in reflection, healing, growth, and the courage to tell the truth, even when the truth begins with us.
