Cy: Yng nghanol dirwedd wastad yr Arctig, dau chwaer rhagorol oedd yn sefyll.
En: In the midst of the flat Arctic landscape, two remarkable siblings stood.

Cy: Roedd Rhian a Gareth, cyfeillion a brodyr, yn wynebu eu hymgais fwyaf eto.
En: Rhian and Gareth, friends and siblings, faced their greatest challenge yet.
