Bonus Barrel welcomes Seigi back this week, after last weeks official (spin-off) episode! We start things off light with some amiibo hate, followed by Leff and Seigi having a long discussion about how much they love this game called Minecraft. Then things really HEAT up when Rob finally gets to talk about Pokken because that's what matters. Creep Corner this week is Cat Island. What is Cat Island? Are we able to comprehend it? Next up, we talk about those fake NX controller leaks and Nintendo in general. Seigi has no interest in non-nintendo games and kids should just shut up and get a Wii U.

This weeks topic continues with more gaming Myths and Legends. We only get to three myths this week but they're still pretty fun and/or exciting. Sonic 3 and ol' MJ, Shen Long in Street Fighter 2, and another.. super duper secret ending in Cave Story? Seigi is on the case!

Bonus Barrel dives into the world of made-up legends, myths and rumors in video games. There's so many, and because of that, expect this to have more than one part. The topic today covers a lot of pokemon myths: Pikablu, Mew, Down + B, Pokegods, Bill's secret Garden, Missing No and maybe more. Leff is very proper, and so he brings in the rumors of naked Samus and Lara Croft. We also talk about the island in Golden Eye, Cows in the first Diablo, Reptile in Mortal Kombat 1 and finally, Simon Belmont in TMNT 2. Thanks, EGM.

But that's not all! The BB must always ramble about random game things before we get to the topic. This week we talk about the Pokken Controller, Total War stuff, Axiom Verge coming to Wii U and Vita, Lionhead Studios closing, Miitomo and Club Nintendo, and Pokemon sells 200m copies. Woo! Oh, and we complain a bit about Fire Emblem Fates (although we do still like the game)! And more. Probably.

Bonus Barrel comes at you with an "Exciting" new topic! This week our topic is couch co-op (and it's death). We go over local vs online multiplayer, split screen shenanigans, fun stories from the past, and talk about a large amount of those types of games. The good, and the bad! The episode opens with a quick update about amazon.co.jp and we bring back Creep Corner and talk about Panzermadels. Who doesn't want to date tanks? (Most people. I think). Bonus Barrel is back to talk a bit more about music. Game music, that is. Who doesn't love video game music? Bonus Barrel takes on game music. Finally! I'm kind of surprised we haven't touched on game music as a topic before now, but here we are. We love game music and it's definitely going to be more than one episode. We talk about what video game music means to us, how it affects the game, how it stands up as music on it's own and Seigi forces us to create a top 10 ost list (which is quite hard).

Bonus Barrel celebrates it's one years of existence. Happy birthday to us! So, what special thing should we do on this MOMENTOUS occasion? Not much. We tweaked what used to be the news segment.
