In this bonus episode, we get to hear from the talented, David Gorsuch who is a very hands-on Dad and also a business leader helping many companies drive improved leadership and positive outcomes to their organizations.  David and I share the difficult experience of seeing one of our children experience a seizure which is something that will forever be in my mind.  David is in a "modern family' and has two children of his own and two step-children as well.  He grew up in Alaska and had two amazing parents who led by example and taught him so much about being the best father he could be.   David talks about giving each child uninterrupted 1:1 time and also remembering that life is short.  It's never too late to begin working on a relationship with your child to make sure you can make a positive impact.  As my wife reminds me, we have 18 summers with our kids to make a huge impact on their life.
