In this special bonus episode, I was honored to have the opportunity to speak someone I have immense respect and admiration for, my podcast mentor, Dr. Michael Gervais!  Today, we learn about the mindset of mastery and also how Michael grew up and how he is striving to be the ultimate QB of his household.  Michael is the co-founder of Compete to Create,  which he started with Super Bowl-winning coach, Pete Carroll, where they've created an online and live educational platform for people to unlock their potential and achieve greatness.  In addition, Michael and Coach Carroll just launched Warrior’s Edge which is a science-based training that has been tested in high pressured athletic and business environments. Specifically, this amazing offering was built to support first responders and military personnel.  Their commitment is to close the vital psychological skills gap in our culture and ensure that those charged with the safety, security, and well-being of others, have the tools to excel both personally and professionally.
