If you didn't manage to join us on the "How strength training helps your riding" Masterclass, good news! I didn't want anyone to miss out so I've decided that I will share the audio from the master class as a BONUS podcast episode!

What we covered in this webinar is how you utilise strength training and really make a difference to not only your horse riding but your life outside of riding too. Which is what you can achieve working with me on my Strong in the Saddle programme.
