I’d like to begin this episode by acknowledging the land that I am learning and living on is the traditional un-ceded, un-surrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People.
President John F. Kennedy once said, “Not all of us are created equal, but all of us should have equal opportunity to develop our talent.”
In this strengths-based assessment mini-series, Trench Leadership: A Podcast From the Front has presented experts in some of the most popular assessment tools on the market with the goal of giving emerging leaders the knowledge to choose the assessment tool that will best fit their needs.
But all good things must come to an end, and so, in this episode, you’ll hear from Andrew Grunewald, an Executive Coach & Leadership Facilitator who will share his experiences and expertise on the assessment tools that are available to us. Andrew will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the assessment tools, providing an over-arching perspective.
Trench Leadership: A Podcast From the Front is humbled to have been listed in the Top 20 for Best Canadian Leadership-themed podcasts in 2021.
