Rebecca Bligh is a twice-elected Vancouver City Councillor. She was first elected to Vancouver City Council in 2018, as part of the NPA, Vancouver’s oldest political party. She left the NPA in 2019, to sit the remainder of her first term as an independent.
In 2022, Rebecca was re-elected to City Council with ABC Vancouver and Mayor Ken Sim in their clean-sweep election victory. Last month, she was kicked out of the ABC Vancouver caucus, so she – once again – sits in Vancouver City Council as an independent.
