Just about half-way through season 2 with episode 11, "Leopard on the Rock", and episode 12, "The Devil and Mr. Frog". Five-O has their hands full, first babysitting the uninvited, largely disliked leader of an unnamed country, and then tracking down a kidnapper in possession of the ransom money.

Two more Season 2 gems with "The Singapore File" and "All the King's Horses". Take a cruise with Marj Dusay and grow some flowers with James Gregory. There's also several hired killers. For flavor.

Episode 7 of Season 2, "Sweet Terror", features a fun terror plot headed by an eccentric villain. Episode 8, "King Kamehameha Blues", just straight up gives me the blues. There's ranting, raving, and Kono speculating about using a giraffe to commit a theft. Tune in.

Episode 16 features two more second season episodes. "Savage Sunday" calls Five-O in on their day off to take care of some Latin American revolutionaries and "A Bullet for McGarrett" features a seriously mesmerizing Eric Braeden. But then isn't he always?

Season 2 is just getting started. In episode 3, "Forty Feet High and It Kills!", Wo Fat is back, baby, and kidnapping...Grandpa Walton? And in episode 4, "Just Lucky, I Guess", Five-O is searching for a killer and a witness. Come for my excessive praise. Stay for my complaining.

Episode 14 sees season 2 of Hawaii Five-O kick off with a murderous life insurance scheme (though it's not deadly how you think)in "A Thousand Pardons--You're Dead!" and then continue with a man carrying out a plot twenty-eight years too late in "To Hell With Babe Ruth". Danno goes undercover and Steve learns about ninjas. That's certainly one way to kick off a new season.

It's the final episode of season 1, "The Big Kahuna" and a quick little season 1 wrap-up. The Governor would like you to stick around for the final tallies.

Season 1 of Hawaii Five-O is winding down with episode 22 "Not That Much Different" and episode 23 "Six Kilos". There's peace demonstrators, a shooting, a heist, and Steve undercover in some very fetching aloha shirts. Quality entertainment.

Episode 11 is another long one, this time because I'm covering three episodes: "Along Came Joey" and the two-parter "Once Upon a Time". These eps will put your emotions through the ringer, so gird your loins accordingly.
