Ann Weisgarber has set her latest novel "The Glovemaker" in a remote region in Utah during the late 1880's. The isolated community of Junction provides the backdrop for a drama that involves a woman, Sister Deborah, who is waiting for her husband to return home after a long journey. He's a wheelwright. He's been out repairing wheels. He should have gotten back by now. So where is he? Deborah has been lonely and she has had to deal with some stressful situations while he has been gone.
