Join me when authors TessGerristen, Lee Goldberg, Lawrence Block., Alan Jacobson and author and editor of this book Stephen Jay Schwartz takes center stage and talks about their trials and tribuiatons hoping to bet their books as movies in theaters or on television. This should be an exciting and interesting show. Authors have a love-hate relationship with Hollywood as the topic for this book Hollywood vs the Author relates. The repeated cliched that the book was better than the movie holds true for more reasons that the average reader will know. Stephen Jay Schwartz has sat on both sides ot hat dsk first as the Director of Development for film director Wolfgang Peterson, then as a screenwriter and author pitching his work to the film and television industry. HWat authors often learn and discover is that their audience is younger and less worldly than themselve.s join me when we discuss Hollywood vs the author a collection of Non-fiction anecdotes written by authors who have had the pleasure firsthand- some who were successful in straddling the two world and others who will talk about their experiences. With so many authors who shared their experiences these five will definitley bring this to light in their own special ways. Fran Lewis: Just reviews
