On this week of Books vs. Movies, I'm talking about A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman and its 2022 adaptation A Man Called Otto. There is a Swedish adaptation of the book, but I'm focusing on the American adaptation. Join me as I discuss why I wish Ove's neighbor had remained Middle Eastern, the visceral reaction I had to this book, how this book ended up in my hands, and a lot more.
