Today's episode is the story from my favrourite author: Mitch Albom, the stranger in the lifeboat is a life saver, it makes me think of life path again, it makes me realize that there are hopes in my life.

With generousity and kindess, ignore envy, jealous and anxious feelings, your life will be much more better.

You only live once, at least in our own consious that we know.

Her mental and physical health issues struggled, the progresses she went through, make me realize that I am not alone.
To share my own mental health issues with you, there's no script of this episode, so take it easy and relax.
Treat yourself well, love yourself, and never compare you to others.
You are enough, you are pretty, you are perfect already. My mind and me, all that matters.

Hi everyone, this episode is a story about self discovery of what we truly desire, not what we okay with it.
The Life List is a really great story that convey about when you face some incidents suddenly,
we can face it positively as an opportunity to change your life in a good way.
Also, be true to yourself is the biggest point that the story is going to tell us.
What we always do is that afraid to attempt different means, only walk on the smooth path.
However, the character, Brett, her story teach us that it is not that scary to step out of your comfort zone.
Reminder: Aware and care about who truly love you and like you even in difficult circumstances.
