Jets defensive tackle Solomon Thomas joins us. He went to the Hall of Fame induction of Joe Klecko and DARRELLE REVIS. He’s also been to Broadway a few times with Aaron Rodgers. As a kid, he had a choice between pursuing football or theater. He also talked about Aaron Rodgers helping the defense prepare.

We also wondered if Aaron Boone will be back next year. Zach Gelb talked to David Wright about Pete Alonso and whether he should be a Met long term. We are live from Jets camp this morning. Gio and C-Lo played golf yesterday and it didn’t go well for Gio. The Jets signed Dalvin Cook to a 1-year deal, so he’s not going to Miami after all. Hard Knocks episode 2 will air tonight on HBO and Max. We talked about Aaron Rodgers and his fresh start with the Jets and how recharged he looks on the sidelines and in interviews. Boomer thinks the other RBs in the room are going to be unhappy that Cook signed. Maybe BREECE Hall is not as healthy as we thought. The Jets are loaded at a ton of positions right now. Boomer thinks they will continue to look for offensive linemen. C-Lo is in for Jerry this morning and starts with Dalvin Cook joining the Jets and what that means for BREECE Hall’s return. The Jets canceled the joint practice for Thursday against the Bucs. Zeke Elliott is joining the Patriots on a 1-year deal. Gio thinks he’s washed up. Boomer said on the goal line he is still a threat. Giants GM Joe SCHOEN said Daniel Jones is first in and last out of the facility. The Yankees lost again to the Braves last night. We are live from Giants camp today with Boomer and Gio on the mics. But first, we talked about the problems in the Mets locker room. Boomer said that lies at the feet of the Manager, Buck SHOWALTER. Is he holding the players accountable? Maybe Buck has to go. What type of team are we going to get from the Mets next year? Boomer compares Brian Daboll to Buck SHOWALTER throughout the discussion. Maybe this is why SHOWALTER has never won. Gio said the franchise is ‘just rotten’. Gio said Steve Cohen’s ownership has been ‘a nightmare’. An anonymous Met player went to Mike Puma to tell him Justin VERLANDER was a diva in the locker room. C-Lo is in for Jerry today and starts with the Yankees loss yesterday. They had a 7-1 lead over the Marlins and lost 8-7 as the Marlins scored 5 runs in the ninth. Clay Holmes talked about his meltdown. The Yankees have been wasting GERRIT Cole’s starts. The Yankees pitching has been a mess. Gio said the Yankees are dead and there is no point to discuss the details. The Mets actually beat the Braves yesterday and Buck reacted to that. We somehow got on the topic of Phil Mickelson’s gambling problem. The Giants lost to the Lions and Brian Daboll gave an intimidating look after giving up a huge punt return. In the final segment of the update, Gio tells us how his vacation started last week. It involved the fire department and an ambulance. Gio also walked home from a restaurant after his kids were crying. 

Hour 2:

We are live from NY Giants camp this morning. Aaron Rodgers seemed frustrated with the offensive line and we expect to see that this week on Hard Knocks. Zach Wilson didn’t do anything great and didn’t do anything stupid against the Panthers. In watching Hard Knocks, Gio said the presence of Rob Saleh does not seem like the Head Coach of a Super Bowl team. If the Jets win, nobody will be talking about Saleh. Can Saleh really criticize Aaron Rodgers? C-Lo returns for an update and starts with the Yankees losing to the Marlins 8-7. They went into the ninth with a 7-2 lead. There are giant bugs here at Giants camp. We are in the swamps of Jersey after all. What happens if the Yankees don’t make the playoffs? Is Aaron Boone gone? The SIXERS pulled James Harden off the trade market but he doesn’t want to be there. He is on a speaking tour in China where he called Daryl Morey a liar and said he will never be a part of his organization. In the final segment of the hour, Giants TE Darren Waller joins us. We talked about playing for hard ass coaches, getting married during the football season, and why he decided to move to Weehawken. 

Hour 3:

We are live from Giants camp today. Daniel Jones will join us this hour. It’s amazing how far he has come from when we were here last year. Jones has been through multiple head coaches and coordinators in his short time with the Giants. He has improved each year and Boomer is looking for him to throw for over 4,000 yards this season. We also talked about SAQUON Barkley’s season and his contract issues in the offseason. In the second segment of the hour, Daniel Jones joined us to talk about throwing less picks this season and if Eli Manning is a pain in the ass. He also said no to the Netflix series, ‘Quarterback’ and talked about his contract’s impact on SAQUON Barkley. Then Brian Daboll jumped on and Gio asked him about passing gas in the elevator and Coach wonders what’s up with Gio’s midlife crisis haircut. In the final segment of the hour, it’s ‘Headlines with C-Lo’.

We are live from Giants camp. The Super Bowl is in Las Vegas this year and we will be there live all week leading up to it. CBS is giving their employees a Super Bowl gift. You can choose from rolling luggage, custom bomber jacket, computer backpack or packing cube set. Al went with the luggage, Gio went with the jacket and Boomer is going with the jacket as well. Gio saw Mike FRANCESA ‘in the wild’ at a golf course. Gio watched the Johnny Manziel documentary on Netflix. Boomer said it was too much money, too much fame too soon. C-Lo returns for his final update of the morning and starts with a horrible loss by the Yankees last night. The Marlins scored 5 runs in the ninth to win 8-7. Clay Holmes talked about his meltdown in the ninth. GERRIT Cole pitched well but the bullpen blew it. The Mets actually won a game yesterday. An unnamed Mets player said Justin VERLANDER was a ‘diva’. The Jets beat the Panthers and Robert Saleh talked about the Jets defensive performance.
