Hour 1
Is it championship or bust for you and your teams? Maybe you should just be enjoying the seasons that the Knicks and Rangers gave us. Maybe a championship isn’t the end all be all if you have a great season. Boomer said a lot depends on how the season ends. How would you feel if the Yankees don’t win a World Series this year? Gio doesn’t think he’s going to see a championship from any of his teams, so he wants to enjoy the regular seasons. If they are bad regular seasons, he’s going to bail on them with no worries. Gio wonders if there will be any juice around the Celtics/Mavericks NBA Finals when it tips off Thursday. Boomer said you have four of the most notable players in the game in the series. Jerry returns for an update and starts with audio from Kyrie Irving talking about going back to play in Boston. A caller to Chris McMonigle talked about running into Ice from Gladiator in Vegas and said he ended up hooking up with her. Shaun Morash said he balled his eyes out when the Rangers were eliminated. We also heard a creepy Evan Roberts voice in a clip about the Yankees. The Mets beat the Nationals even though they tried to lose in the ninth. Hour 4
This weekend we have a huge series between the Yankees and Dodgers in the Bronx. Larry from Indiana checks in and he wants to come out east to play the various Donald Trump golf courses.
