We look into the idea of creating various businesses that complement one another and the considerations to strive for such a goal. Creative thinking, building a team with the right people, understanding when to bet & when to fold, all play into the long term goal of multiple income and overlapping seasonal businesses.

Brandon's cafe, Craven Local Food Market, opened up last week. Along the way the team came together, pivots were made, and big goals were accomplished. We then looked forward to what is in store the next few weeks and the openers to change to come as the cafe, staff, and clients all find their sweet spot. 

In this second interview at LittleXLittle Farm in Ernal, North Carolina we look at the acts of habitually getting things done through confidence, creative solutions, and wise time management. 

We also look into the opening week of Craven Local Food Market and the launch of Veg2Bowl's subscription meal prep service. 

Joe & Cait of LittleXLittle Farm built their farmhouse while living on and developing a permaculture based farm with a market garden, chickens, bees, brick outdoor ovens, reclaimed timberland, and perfectly balanced self sufficiency. They are a part of Brandon's Craven Local Food Market and live a couple of miles away and mostly bike to work. Fantastic outlook on permaculture, vegan cooking & eating, without the soap box. Loved this farm visit and filming outside enjoying all the farm had to offer. 

The day before Craven Local Food Market, Brandon's Cafe/Local Farm Retail Outlet/Subscription Commercial Kitchen Hub, opens we sit down with Stephen Jones of Beaufort County Organics to talk mushrooms, microgreens, and farm business opportunities. 

We announce how our Automated Grow Rack came to be give insights into some product development. Nick is accused of being too artsy and Brandon gives updates on his emirate Grand Opening of Craven Market.
