Then, Lauren Brownlow of WRAL Sports joins to discuss the ACC, including Virginia’s rematch with Duke tonight.

April isn't far, and that means racing in Richmond isn't either. President of Richmond Raceway, Dennis Bickmeier, joins to recap the Daytona 500 and looks forward to the season here in Richmond. Then we're on to college basketball as Matt previews Richmond and George Washington tonight, and looks at the health of the A-10 resumes with Selection Sunday looming.
