Happy Black History Month everyone! In this episode, we welcome friends of the show, Jazz and Chloe to discuss black history and its importance. As well as, our favorite black businesses in Birmingham, Al.

Our friend, Jazz is a local educator at a predominately black school. She elaborates on her experience teaching black history to the new generation of students, and the differences from attending predominately white schools growing up, and now teaching all black students. 

She also gets candid about being a senior in college during the beginning of the pandemic and her opinion on Critical Race Theory(CRT). Jazz also spilled some TEA on a couple of black history facts that you might not have learned growing up.

Chloe adds her experience being an ally to the BLM movement and her lack of knowledge of Black history growing up.
