We are lucky to have our first guests, Macie to discuss with us the practicalities of Natural Family Planning (NFP). We discussed in our birth control episode that natural family planning is a birth control method that tracks a woman's symptoms to best indicate fertile and non fertile days. Many people use NFP to prevent pregnancy or to try to conceive. We sat down with Macie to discuss her experience.
