What do you do when your life coaching client becomes emotional during a session?

How do you confidently handle sales objections so you don't freak out and lose the sale?

How do you manage your own feelings when a client triggers you so can stay calm and keep holding space for them?

The answer to all these questions is learning how to self regulate your nervous system!

In this episode I interview a local St. Louis therapist, Fred Williams, as we discuss:

~What the heck is self-regulation?!

~Why you need to learn how to self-regulate ASAP in order to be the best coach you can be for your clients

~Examples of how to self-regulate during client sessions and sales calls

A big reason why life coaches feel called to become coaches is going through challenging life events.

After I went through a divorce and job loss I felt called to help others in similar situations so they wouldn't have to go through these experiences alone.

In this quick episode you'll learn how to turn all your pain into purpose and use it as fuel to become the best life coach ever for your clients!
