- My Top 10 Insights Gained From Training as an MCC Level Coach
I'm currently working towards earning the Master Certified Coach credentials through the International Coaching Federation.
This is the most prestigious coaching credentials in the world at this time and is a BIG commitment to go after this goal.
Last month I graduated from the Level 3 program I was enrolled in and it was a fascinating process having to unlearn many coaching techniques that I've been using over the past 8 years in order to up-level my coaching skillset.
You'll enjoy listening to this episode because you'll get an insider's view of what it's like to go through an ICF accredited coach training program and the journey it takes to put ICF credentials behind your last name as a professional coach.

31 min - 3 signs you need a mental health break from your biz (and how to take one without losing business!)
This past month I took a mental health break from my life coaching business after some unfortunate life circumstances took over and the grief got a little too heavy to manage on my own.

In this episode you'll learn some of the signs that might indicate it's time to take a mental health break for yourself and how to creatively do it in a way where you can still show up for your responsibilities while resting.

27 min - 😥 It's my birthday and I'll cry if I want to...
Today's my 38th birthday! And I got the craziest message last night from my spirit team on something I needed to do before starting my 38th year around the sun.
It's a beautiful gift I'm giving to myself but one that is also heavy and sad right now too hence why I'm spending a portion of my birthday crying today.
There's an important message here that I feel women need to know and I know you're going to walk away with a lot of new "aha moment's" after you listen to this one.
