How often do you find yourself making plans to create social media posts, podcast episodes and/or videos only to overthink the whole process and then you don't create any content at all for your life coaching business?!
I got stuck in this rut for awhile and honestly I see this "perfectionist trap" happen to a lot of other life coaches too which is not good.
If we aren't putting our content out into the world then how are clients going to find us and know to hire us? (and NO only having a website isn't enough to build a thriving coaching biz!!!)
We get stuck in our heads thinking:
"What do I talk about and how do I come up with a clever title, catchy call to action, teaching points, perfect tag line..etc."
And the strategy part just kills the magical process of divinely downloading our messages in the moment that need to be shared with our audiences and potential coaching clients!!!
In this episode I'll teach you a little trick called: "Soul Before Strategy" that will help prevent the Strategy monster from taking over and will get you consistently creating original content for your life coaching business every day.

49 min - You can be sad, heartbroken and still have your best month ever in your biz
How often do you catch yourself going into that "all or nothing" type of thinking?
For example:
"I can't have a fulfilling job that also pays well too."
OR
"I'll never find a job that I love that makes me the same amount of money of what I make now."
I do it all the time...
This type of black and white thinking is what's keeping us stuck, broke and not running thriving coaching businesses.
Last week while I was attending one of my biweekly Goddess mind calls I opened up to my coach and told her that I was devastated from a break up that happened in my life last week and that I couldn't focus on hitting my enrollment goals for this month.
Like a good coach - she challenged me on this and we came up with the new thought of: "I can be sad, heartbroken and still have my best month ever in biz".
