Last weekend, I attended a local workshop called "Spiritual Hygiene Practices to Master Your Energy."

Some of the practices discussed were ones I've been using for years to clear my energy, and I also learned new techniques that I'm excited to start applying right away.

Often times we enter into the life coaching space wanting to fix or save people from their problems.

We unknowingly view our clients as "broken" and want to be the hero in their lives so we can take all their problems away from them so they can feel better.

We have to stop doing this.

It's not serving our clients and it's not serving us.
