August 19, 2021 How to be Brave, Bold & Visible on the Internet 🔥
The day that I decided to be the fullest expression of myself and start sharing my vulnerable life stories on the internet via FB lives and writing posts is when my most amazing life coaching clients started to show up.
It's been incredibly healing and freeing to not have to hold back and just be able to show up as the imperfect messy human version of myself. By giving myself permission to do this I feel that I really am turning my pain into purpose and helping others to heal through my stories.

But it can be scary at first when learning how to practice being visible/vulnerable and also bring up a lot of new emotions as well so that’s why I want to teach you how to step into that bold and courageous side of you that’s ready to come out to play and let your wild vulnerable inner warrior shine on social media…
What you’ll learn in this episode:
1. Why being vulnerable is actually a sign a strength instead of weakness
2. How do you know when you’re saying TOO much or being too controversial?
3. How sharing your personal stories can help to find your most perfect coaching clients
4. How to NOT get in trouble with your day job
5. What to do about your friends/family seeing your vulnerable posts
6. How to manage a visibility hangover

July 29, 2021 Being an Amazing Mom & Not Giving Up On Your Dreams
Unfortunately society likes to drill into our heads that becoming a mom means you have to give up on all your hopes and dreams in life in order to put your family first. First of all, I don't agree with that opinion at all and I feel that there needs to be more support and encouragement out there for Moms that it's OK to pursue your goals while taking care of your family! In this episode you'll hear me talk about my journey into motherhood and how I've had my most successful months yet in my coaching business.
