I’m so excited to announce that on May 17th I officially self-published my first book: Beyond the White Picket Fence: Breaking Out Of The Lives That Others Expect You to Live!
This is one of my biggest accomplishments as a life coach that I poured all my blood, sweat and tears into over the course of 3 years.
Writing this book was one of the most healing experiences I’ve ever given myself truly allowing me to turn all my pain into purpose.

In the past I’ve have private life coaching clients that kept getting stuck around certain issues in their life and it was frustrating for me because I wanted to help my clients quickly move through their deepest fears but the typical life coaching skills just weren’t cutting it.
That’s when I started looking into hypnotherapy certification and discovered the famous Mary Lee LaBay based in Seattle, WA.
My intuition said that this was the next skillset to add to my coaching tools in order to help my clients get life changing results.
And I’m pleased to announce that it’s worked!
After implementing hypnotherapy practices into my coaching sessions my clients now are able to work through their deepest money blocks and find paying clients, they no longer fear selling their coaching programs, they are able to immediately resolve relationship conflicts that have lasted for months, and lose weight that has been pilling on for years.

April 21, 2021Overcoming Imposter Syndrome: 3 Things To Do Today
Imposter syndrome is a common mindset struggle that holds a lot of new life coaches back from making money and being able to help their coaching clients.
Imposter syndrome can be defined as: the overwhelming feeling that you don't deserve your success. It convinces you that you're not as intelligent, creative or talented as you may seem. It is the suspicion that your achievements are down to luck, good timing or just being in the “right place at the right time.” And it is accompanied by the fear that, one day, you'll be exposed as a fraud.
Some common thoughts that can pop into our head when imposter syndrome takes over:
What if people find out I’m not a “legit” life coach or have no idea what I’m doing?

All the clients I’ve found and money I’ve made so far must be random luck

I’m not worthy to get paid well to be a coach

All the other coaches in the world know what they are doing and I have no f*cking clue

I’m not doing “enough” in my coaching biz

I need to take more trainings and get more education before I can charge more or charge for my services
