Born To Talk is a collection of short stories, emotions and spoken word poetry.

In this episode of Born To Talk, we are joined by UK Grime & Hip Hop Artist, Nick Brewer.

Nick shot to fame in 2015 with his hit single 'Talk To Me', reaching the top 20 in the UK music charts. With that success, it would seem Nick would be on top of the world, but all isn't as it seems in the music industry. He talks about his 'Many moods' project and where the came from, the inspiration behind it and it being his way of releasing the thoughts in his head.

Nick opens up about his struggles with anxiety after his sudden rise to fame, discussing the difficulty that he had with his label, with expectations and with the pressure of having to produce hits with the industry breathing down your neck. He talks about his work with Anxiety UK, and how he wants to help those who struggle with anxiety and continue to do what he does, but enjoy the process instead of feeling the pressure. 

Nick discusses his venture 'talk about it' in which he speaks with youths about discovering their talents and utilising writing to help them express their thoughts and emotions. 

On Born To Talk we discuss raising awareness of Mental Health, and how talking can be used to help us through our traumas and anxieties, as well as everything that's related to our progression as humans. 

Developing confidence and compassion, to improve our lives, we give you all the tools you need to improve your Mental Health and move forward to achieve the things you dream of. We are removing the stigma surrounding Mental Health, one conversation at a time.
