Our first non-comedy guest Andrew Klein of the funk-soul band Big Mean Sound Machine guides us through Bronx's wealthy suburb hybrid. Also, apparently Joe Jackson chemically castrated Michael to get his voice like that? It's not on the episode but I just read an exposé on Reddit. Reddit's great. So is Riverdale. Listen.

This will be a fucking time capsule for when Mott Haven becomes the most built up part of the Bronx. We're ahead of the game. Look at this. White guys in South Bronx. Doing God's work. Nah it was cool we met cool people and some scary people. Oh well.

We traverse the Hassidic-Hipster-Black enclave that is Crown Heights with Dan Perlman, creator of the incredible web series Flatbush Misdemanors. One time Dan caught me in the Hamptons wearing a little bathing suit and a button-down. I don't wanna talk about it. We do anyway.

We had to edit this one down cause my Dad yelled at me. We were getting ready for #MDW bro so we just talked about NYC back in the day and our current respective hoods. Yeah. Will lives in Harlem and goes to jazz clubs like a 1920s sophisticate. It's a fun visual.

We head up to the Bronx's Little Italy and big Zoo. That was dumb. Actually, this episode Evan totally loses confidence. Recine is funny though. Will is Will. We check out food purveyors like Calabria Pork Store, Calandra Cheese and Dippin' Dots at the Zoo.
