Podcast Ep-8: Family, stay-out raises the issue of family influence on the growth and development of young talent. Do we nurture our kids and their quest to learn, outside the school, for what they wish to be, or do we become too protective in their 'natural selection'? How automated or forced is youngster's choice of what to become? The podcast is inspired by face-to-face talks I have done with 20 mentees of mine, going back in their paths and the obstacles they were confronted with in formulating their study and career choices.

The podcast is inspired by the story of Danya Sherman, a sexual assault victim, that invented a napkin to detect date rape drugs, that she plans to launch in Kickstarter to fund her invention in Spring 2018.

Podcast Ep-6: Democracy & Trust is based on the stimulus that younger ages in the developed world don't perceive Democracy as absolutely important (as statistics show). The key issue is that our societies put a lot of obstacles to younger generations and try only to sustain the 'status quo', creating the perception of 'minorities' to the next generations of talent. In WEF, #Davos18 global political and business leaders worry about democratic evolution but don't go deep into the problem.

Στο 6o επεισόδιο της σειράς των ραδιοφωνικών εγγραφών, το θέμα-προβληματισμός είναι η «Δημοκρατία και η εμπιστοσύνη» με αφορμή στατιστικά στοιχεία που δείχνουν ότι οι νεότερες ηλικίες στον αναπτυγμένο κόσμο δεν αντιλαμβάνονται τη Δημοκρατία ως απολύτως σημαντική αξία. Το βασικό ζήτημα είναι ότι οι κοινωνίες μας θέτουν πολλά εμπόδια στις νεότερες γενιές και προσπαθούν μόνο να διατηρήσουν το «status quo», δημιουργώντας την αντίληψη των «μειονοτήτων» στις επόμενες γενιές ταλέντου. Στο WEF, #Davos18 οι παγκόσμιοι πολιτικοί και επιχειρηματικοί ηγέτες ανησυχούν για την έμπρακτη εξέλιξη της Δημοκρατίας, αλλά δεν πηγαίνουν βαθιά στο πρόβλημα.

Podcast Ep-5: Inequalities (education, income, social, violence phenomena). Even with the Facebook feed changes some inequality occurs. Next talented generation has to grasp the essential outcomes of inequalities and work ethically and productively to help fix this in the future. Increasing inequalities can be tackled by the civil society, the ethical and just entrepreneurial spirit, and by the goodwill causes of communities.
