The U.N., for example, recently estimated that the 60 years old and older population made up an average of 22.1% of the total for all high-income countries. Why is this important? Γιατί αυτό είναι σημαντικό θέμα; Πως αφορά και επηρεάζει το νέο ταλέντο, και την επιχειρηματικότητα;

Podcast Ep-3: ReGeneration turns our attention and focus to the excellent social initiative of ReGeneration, created by Global Shapers and supported by many companies. It's an innovative idea to tackle youth unemployment and competency growth. It is a bridge between companies and candidates, selecting the best there can be. It's a program that offers paid work placements, for six months, many hours of training, and social volunteering work. It should have been the country's national plan, retraining our youth, offering practical experience, and promoting the best talent.

 

Στο 3o επεισόδιο της σειράς των ραδιοφωνικών εγγραφών, περιγράφω την εμπειρία μου από την κοινωνική πρωτοβουλία ReGeneration, που έχει δημιουργηθεί από την Global Shapers και υποστηρίζεται από πολλές εταιρίες. Είναι μια καινοτομική ιδέα για να βοηθήσει στη μείωση της ανεργίας και την ανάπτυξη ικανοτήτων των νέων παιδιών. Είναι μια γέφυρα ανάμεσα στις εταιρίες και τα νέα παιδιά, επιλέγοντας τους καλύτερους. Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα που προσφέρει 6μηνη αμοιβόμενη εργασία, πολλές ώρες εκπαίδευσης και κοινωνική εργασία. Επρεπε να είναι το εθνικό πλάνο της χώρας, επανεκπαιδεύοντας τη νεολαία μας, δίνοντας πρακτική εμπειρία, και προωθώντας τους πιο ταλαντούχους.

Οι πυλώνες τους είναι η κατάλληλη κουλτούρα, η διαρκής εκπαίδευση, η εκμάθηση χρήσης δεδομένων και ένα πραγματικό σχέδιο καριέρας. Ο παγκόσμιος μετασχηματισμός απαιτεί να αλλάξουμε εμείς πρώτα, να προσαρμοζόμαστε και να μαθαίνουμε ξανά.
