Gratitude is powerful when we learn how to enlist it in our daily lives and see the things around us that we have. It can bring us into abundance. But what if we not only looked around us but also inside of us? What can we be grateful for about ourselves? This can elevate your thoughts from negative to positive, have an impact on your self-worth and raise awareness around what feeling abundant really means. It creates power within the self…because inner gratitude is powerful.

BE BOLD & KEEP CREATING!
Breaking your own rules can feel counter productive but when the creative muse inside decides it's time to try something new, whether it's a new technique, adding a new color, trying a different style, writing for a different audience, anything at all that seems off brand from the work you've already done, we can lean into exploring that without having to let go of everything we've already created.
And BONUS! We also don't need to beat ourselves up over having new ideas when we're deep in the process.
I share with you an exercise you can try to satisfy and explore these new creative thoughts without any sacrifice and a few positive self-talk techniques to combat all that nasty stuff that sometimes comes up.

There are some amazing things you can create with whatever time you have. I know you feel busy and that your plate can be full to the max most of the time. But that full plate can feel really heavy when there is no joy in it. And for most of us creators, a lot of our inner joy comes from having ideas, feeling inspired and creating stuff. Learn how time really is an illusion and how it can work for you and not against you!
