Did you know your face carries a map of the body? It's true! Your face can share information with you about your health and well-being.
In today’s episode, I'm joined by Kirstie Reese, a licensed esthetician, acne specialist, and founder of Sugar Face Skincare in Los Angeles. Kirstie specializes in results-driven skincare, blending science with a holistic approach to help clients heal their skin and boost their confidence. But this conversation goes way beyond facials and products — you’ll discover how your skin can actually tell you what’s going on inside your body, from diet and digestion to hormones and overall well-being.
Kirstie shares fascinating insights on Chinese face mapping, self-care routines, and how inflammation or breakouts in different areas of your face may signal issues with specific organs or lifestyle choices.
Plus, we hear her inspiring journey from struggling with acne as a teen, to starting her own business, to empowering others to find healing without prescriptions or harsh treatments, but rather - holistically.
You’ll also learn practical tips on addressing skin issues from the inside out, and how self-care isn’t just a luxury—it’s essential.

What are the next steps in creating clarity and can a meditation practice help? In today’s inspiring episode, I talk with visionary entrepreneur and home staging expert Samantha Senia, founder and CEO of Elite Home Staging and Elite Maison.
Samantha shares her transformative journey from launching a successful fashion business to building one of LA’s leading luxury home staging companies. We dive deep into how meditation and intuitive practices have been foundational to Samantha’s growth as a business owner, leader, and mentor—both in her company and at home, where she runs a family business alongside her daughter Nicole Senia. And their collaboration together doesn't end there - they also co-host their own podcast, The Power of We.
Samantha reflects on overcoming fear and turning challenges, like the pandemic, into opportunities for growth and innovation. From guiding her team through the chaos of real estate with spirituality and mindfulness, to mentoring women in a male-dominated industry, Samantha generously offers lessons learned about healing, empowerment, and redefining success for yourself on your own terms.
If you’ve ever felt called to take step further towards pursuing your passion or if you’re curious how intentional design and energy can shape not just homes but also lives, this conversation is for you.
Be sure to stay tuned to the end for Samantha’s actionable advice on working with fear during pivotal decision-making moments.

But also stay connected to your positivity when everything is beyond hard?
In this episode, I talk with Anastasia Love, the fearless founder of Studio Queen Hair in Los Angeles. Through powerful reflections, Anastasia reveals how embracing curiosity, confronting her deepest fears, and making intentional choices helped her rise from life’s lowest moments, both personally and professionally. From navigating the challenges of building a new career in a foreign country, to overcoming crippling health scares, Anastasia’s journey is a lesson in resilience and empowerment.
Tune in as we explore how choosing curiosity over fear can transform your life, and discover practical insights on building a business—and a life—driven by joy, purpose, and confidence.

What if grief isn't something you heal from? But rather, something you must learn to move forward with.
In today’s powerful episode, I sit down with singer, songwriter, and producer CARA for an incredibly raw and honest conversation about art, grief, and transformation. CARA opens up about her journey through personal tragedy, including the devastating loss of her brother and mother, and how she channeled her grief into the music for her upcoming autobiographical album, The Kronicles.
This album features chapters from every corner of CARA’s life—including her time in the cannabis industry and her friendship with the late Gangsta Boo of Three 6 Mafia, whose voice is featured IN the album in the song CARA KUSH, produced by CARA.
We have an exploratory, raw and honest conversation about how creativity can be both an anchor and an outlet in times of pain, why “healing” from grief can be a misleading idea, and the importance of finding ways—big or small—to process emotions and keep moving forward.
Whether you’re a creative, seeking ways to cope with loss, or just need a dose of authentic inspiration, my talk with CARA is heartfelt and embedded in realness. We hope it also serves as a reminder that you are not alone. Listen in for one of the most candid conversations ever shared on the Boss Goddess Podcast.

Are you one of the few who actually pursued your dreams? Only to discover that there is no such thing as "arriving". You don't get to the other side. Your dream isn't something you achieve...it turns out. So what happens next?
In this episode, I sit down with June Suepunpuck, also known as the Joy Guide June, for a deeply honest conversation about what happens when chasing your dreams leaves you feeling empty, burned out, and questioning everything you thought you wanted.
Together, we explore the messy middle—that liminal space between who you thought you were and who you’re becoming.
June shares her personal journey, from following the “right” path and achieving success on paper to experiencing profound loss, burnout, and eventually, a radical rethinking of what true joy means. She opens up about the importance of letting go of old identities, facing uncomfortable truths, and un-learning the pressure to prove your worth.
This conversation is full of warmth, humor, and wisdom and is all about finding alignment, building community (even through adult friendship struggles!), and navigating all the unexpected twists of personal transformation.
If you’re wondering why reaching your goals hasn’t brought you the fulfillment you imagined—or if you’re craving permission to step into the next chapter with more honesty and joy—this episode is for you.

If you're feeling stuck right now - what is one way you might begin to seek guidance? Is there a community or network that might offer just the right support and vibe or maybe...you can be the one to create it?
In this episode, I sit down with Carrie Murray, the powerhouse founder of the Business Relationship Alliance (which I recently joined!)—a vibrant community supporting women and non-binary entrepreneurs.
Carrie shares the deeply personal story of how building BRA not only connected countless entrepreneurs, but, in a twist she never expected, became the lifeline she herself needed during one of the most challenging moments of her life.
Listen in as we explore how an intimate dinner party with just a handful of women grew into a thriving international network and business that uplifts, hires, and champions one another.
Carrie also opens up about the struggles and triumphs of her entrepreneurial journey, the lessons learned from past ventures, and the importance of authentic, intentional support systems and business structures that are built on authenticity—especially when facing profound life changes. We also dive into the power of trusting your intuition, allowing it to lead the way and attracting "your people".
Whether you’re an aspiring or existing entrepreneur, community seeker, or simply searching for your next step, this episode is full of wisdom and warmth to help you step into your purpose and build something special that reflect the truth of who you are, and with the power of authentic relationships.

What if building and growing a business could actually fill your energetic cup rather than...be the thing that drains you daily?
While today’s business world is saturated with formulas, blueprints, and conflicting advice—especially when it comes to marketing and revenue—I dive deep with Jason into what truly holds most entrepreneurs back.
Spoiler: it’s not the strategy, it’s what’s underneath—the beliefs, the mindsets, and the energy.
Jason opens up to me about how his experience with illness sparked a spiritual awakening and shaped his approach to business. And we go on to explore the dance between structure and intuition, the importance of discernment in applying business advice, and how true magnetism and growth happen when you’re in alignment with your authentic self.
Jason Moss is a business mentor for grounded, growth-minded entrepreneurs who are ready to scale without losing themselves in the process. Creator of the CEO Freedom Formula, Jason helps six-figure coaches and service providers shift out of operator mode and into sustainable leadership—with a business model that supports their life, not the other way around. With over 1,000 clients served and $500K+ annual revenue, Jason’s approach blends strategic depth with soulful clarity.
Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur, a conscious creator, or just beginning your journey, this episode is packed with practical wisdom and heartfelt reflection. Listen in as Jason and I unpack what it really means to scale your business from the inside out and create success that actually feels good.

Reflect and reset with me! Tomorrow is my birthday. So I thought I would offer you a moment of stillness and intention.
I feel like birthdays are a personal new year of sorts. They can be an opportunity to reflect and to reset.
So today, as my reflection, I am re-sharing a meditative episode I released back in May of 2023 called Pause with Me & Set An Intention.
My reset this year is to continue this process of "untangling" that I’ve been on for most of this year so far, and also to invite in the possibility of letting go of embodying other people’s energy and all that comes with that. Their goals, their aspirations, their blocks - all of the things that, as an empath, and introvert and intuitive - I easily tap into.
But to instead, allow it to be their journey and allow myself to offer support without taking it on. The people-pleaser and perfectionist in me has to be very intentional when it comes to this and I’m starting to get better at placing myself at a higher position in my value system. Because I know that when I can do this - everyone I serve will also benefit.
My other intention for this year is more peace. To me, peace, in this moment, represents security, confidence, trust, freedom, rest, flow, ease, love and moments for stillness.
I invite you to set an intention with me as I walk into my next year in this life. Enjoy.

If you’re curious in how podcasting as a medium can be the container that awakens you, evolves you, creates deep connection and resonance, can be the place you explore your passion or solve your most pressing problems, or unfold the business you’ve been dreaming of or connect with the minds that have gone before you - then keep listening.
My guest today, Alex Sanfilippo, shares his journey like never before. These questions led us down a path of depth, divinity and raw honesty in ways that I wasn’t expecting. The way this conversation took shape is a testament to the reason this medium feels sacred to me.
It’s not just a transactional moment that flies past you in seconds that you have to re-create constantly in the way that content does (ahem...social media).
It’s not just content. It's connection. And it has the ability to change lives.
Alex Sanfilippo is a podcast host and the founder of a podcasting software company specifically focused on independent podcast hosts and their guests to elevate their voices through podcasting and be heard - called PodMatch. In addition, Alex is also the host of the top-rated podcast, Podcasting Made Simple, and is one of the most sought-after educators and public speakers in the podcasting industry.

Do you feel like there is more you have to share than you've been putting out there?
It was at the age of 30 that I started to come into my own awareness around this and began the long and deep journey of untangling it. Of coming back into my own essence and seeking ways to express it. To meet myself in my purpose and create the life I really want to live - which can only happen when we come home to ourselves.
And that is what we’re talking about today.
My guest, Eva Simone is a High-Frequency Feminine Mentor & Coach and helps women connect with and embody their Divine Feminine and she is the founder of Embodiment Is Everything. She shares her own story with us about how she went from living under these layers that we’ve created to keep ourselves safe but that also keep us in pain and strain, and how she got curious to begin to awaken to her feminine power.
We’ll learn how to begin to slow down and invite ourselves back in so that we can embrace and embody the parts of us that let us shine and let us find the flow. And when we can step into flow, it opens up all the possibilities. The world is a hustled place - but we can choose another way to create our abundance and do business and bring back the lightness and joy that I know is possible. So let’s dive in.
