Boss Goddess

I’ve spent a lot of my life trying to not acknowledge my humanness. Trying to bury it, feeling lots of shame and guilt for having human experiences and for not showing up more perfectly. If this sounds relatable to you, you’re not alone. And it truly was creativity that has saved me time and time again from the trappings of these unrealistic expectations. This is probably why I fell in love with the craft of acting, it’s also why I love psychology and neuroscience, it’s what becoming a Creativity Coach did for me, it’s the reason I love the imperfect process of podcasting and I’m now obsessed with creating permission for everyone I meet or have an opportunity to communicate with, to BE authentic. To BE human. To BE.

Now in her 60's she wrote her first book, left the Mormon church for a belief in fairies & UFO's (yes, you read that correctly) and is more excited and joyful about her life than ever before. She has found the magic that was always inside her and allowed the constraints of her own and other's judgements and rules to fall away. Today she is a self-proclaimed warrior who proudly carries the title, Wise Woman-Crone.

Andrea is a Nationally Certified Diversity Professional and has a Master Degree in Multicultural Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance Management. Spanning over 25 years, Andrea has worked with diverse populations from various industries at all levels of organizations.

She is the founder of Education Resources For Living, Inc and is Principal of Humanity As One. Andrea believes that “when people are aware, they will do what works for more than just themselves.” The work she does leaves people with the ability to open clear pathways to success.

Her greatest intention is to cultivate a safe, authentic environment for others in both her careers. She believes we all have the wisdom inside ourselves to heal and become more at ease in our busy lives. Norma is also the host of the Inner Peace Masterclass series where she interviewed more than a dozen thought leaders on the subject of Inner Peace.
