  • Ep. 72 Choose People Who Choose You

In this episode, I discuss how life is too short to deeply connect with people who do not want to be really connected to you. When I say "really" I mean people who want to be with you in your highs and your lows. People who are connected to you because they appreciate who you are, who you are becoming, and respect where you've been. When you choose people who choose you, you are happier and have more fulfilling relationships. Everyone deserves to be surrounded by people who really get them, really love them and are willing to invest in the relationship!

Don't forget that I am taking listener questions. Maybe you're in a situation that you need some advice on. It's great to listen to the podcast for tips and suggestions but it's even better to get a personalized take on something you are dealing with. I'd love to hear from you! I'd love to help! Send me an email at [email protected] or leave a message through the podcast platform.

  • Ep. 70 It's time to heal.

In today's episode, I discuss navigating through pain to find healing. I'm excited about this topic. It's a hard topic and conversation to have. Does pain really produce purpose? If you are like me you do not like pain. Pain makes me feel like a victim, and I don't like feeling victimized. But tonight we will talk about the importance of acknowledging and examining your pain.

We all go through painful times, it's a part of life. But I believe that our pain can produce a purpose if we let it.

  • Ep. 68 Conversations we hate to have, but have to have.

In this episode, I discuss why honest conversations are so important. Most of us hate to have that honest convo. Anything that starts with " We need to talk" or "Can we talk" tends to send a chill up most of our spines. These conversations tend to be difficult and they don't always feel good. I've had more than I can count so I absolutely know how difficult they can be. (Even if you have a great poker face...lol)  But I've come to realize that they are the key to real understanding, real freedom to show up as you are, and real peace of mind.

This episode started as I was contemplating my own difficult conversation I knew I needed to have. I was sitting on my porch playing it out in my head, wondering just how much longer I could put it off. And then I begin to think back on the positive outcomes of past difficult conversations. And I knew it was something I had to once again do.

If you need to have a difficult conversation and need some support send me a message. I'll share my tip with you.

  • Ep. 67 Our "Why's" can't be more important than our "Who's" - What is passion meeting purpose really about?
During this episode, I share a revelation I had as I was journaling.
We hear a lot of people, including myself talk about our "Why". What is motivating us? Is it our family? Or a desire to create wealth? Or our desire to leave our 9 to 5's for more freedom? Each of our "whys" can be very different.  And all of those things are justifiable reasons to want to pursue our dreams. They at times can be what motivates us. But they can not be more important than the "Who". Check out this week's episode to see who the "who" is.

  • Ep. 66 It's okay, you are evolving. You should look different.

In this episode, I must say I was in rare form. As people, we are called to evolve. If we aren't evolving or growing, then what are we doing? Sometimes we can experience push back when we grow. Things don't look the same, we don't talk the same, we don't act the same! Well, we shouldn't because we have grown!

I dive into this topic and have fun with different analogs to describe our transformation. Keep evolving ladies!!

  • Ep. 63 Tell doubt to go to HELL! Self-doubt can't live here.

Doubts creep up on the best of us. It's normal for us to second guess decisions or choices we are going to make or have made. But it's really important for us to realize that not every negative thought belongs to us. Sometimes the enemy tried to plant seeds of doubt to throw us off course. In this episode I discuss why I tell the devil to go to HELL and get out of my head!
